Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way!

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking

Return Policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to love everything you order from Bella Southern Boutique! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free of any stains, odors, or damage
  • Not marked as Final Sale

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale items
  • Intimates and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@bellasouthernboutique.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • The reason for your return

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to help! Please email us at info@bellasouthernboutique.com to request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We're so sorry if something arrived damaged or incorrect! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bellasouthernboutique.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.
